Common Questions
Everything you need to know before you book.
Merkaba One is designed for exactly that. A single request can simultaneously execute actions across Intune, Jamf, MaaS360, Knox, and any other enrolled MDM in your stack. You don't need to pick one — we handle all of them from one email.
Yes — Merkaba One operates as a designated admin on each of your platforms via official API credentials. During onboarding we provision a dedicated admin account or OAuth integration on each platform. Your credentials stay yours; we use a separate service identity with scoped permissions.
No long-term contract required. Plans are month-to-month. Annual billing is available at a 17% discount for teams that want cost predictability. Cancel with 30 days notice — no penalties, no lock-in.
Tier 1 starts at $300/month and is purpose-built for smaller fleets. Even at 20 devices, the time saved on enrollment, offboarding, and monthly reporting typically exceeds the subscription cost in the first month. We're happy to walk through the math with you.
Most clients are fully operational within 48–72 hours of signing. Onboarding involves provisioning admin API access on each of your platforms, testing a sample request end-to-end, and configuring your dedicated inbox. No software to install on your end.
Merkaba One processes requests and executes actions — it does not store device data, employee records, or platform credentials beyond what is required to maintain the API session. All integrations use official OAuth2 or API key-based auth scoped to the minimum permissions needed for each action. A full audit log of every action is generated and delivered to you on each request.
Yes, and we're transparent about it. Purchasing new phone numbers (RingCentral, Zoom, Teams), purchasing new ABM app licenses, and configuring complex IVR trees require portal action — the APIs for those operations don't exist yet. Everything else — enrollment, wipes, offboarding, policy changes, user provisioning, license assignment — is fully automated. See the Platforms page for a full action-by-action breakdown.
We revoke our API credentials on each of your platforms, provide a full export of your action history, and your platforms continue operating exactly as they were — we don't make any changes to your actual MDM configs or platform settings beyond what you've explicitly requested. No lock-in at the platform level.
