The Origin
The technology existed. Nobody had connected it right.
Between us, we have spent over 48 years working across every level of enterprise mobility — selling the platforms, deploying them, and sitting with clients at every company size while they described the same problem in different ways. A terminated employee with active device access two weeks after exit. An MDM billing for devices nobody could locate. UCaaS seats that hadn't been audited since the last reorg. The scale changed. The root cause never did: too many platforms, no single point of command, and a process that survived entirely on someone remembering.
What pushed us to build Merkaba One wasn't a single moment. It was the accumulation — and the recognition that the fix had been technically possible for years. We just hadn't built it yet.

An instruction interpreted, routed to the right platforms, executed in sequence, confirmed in plain language. That's why Merkaba One exists now and not five years ago. We're building the company we always wished we could have recommended to every client who called with a problem that should have been caught weeks earlier.

Official APIs only
We never screen-scrape, never use undocumented endpoints, never inject sessions. Every action runs through the official REST API with scoped admin credentials. If an action isn't in the API, we tell you — and we don't pretend otherwise. See the full action-by-action breakdown on the Platforms page.

Full audit, every time
Every request generates a timestamped confirmation covering every action executed, every platform touched, and every confirmation number issued. Nothing assumed. Nothing implied. You receive a paper trail for every single change — whether it's one device or forty.

Transparent about limits
Purchasing new phone numbers and buying new ABM app licenses still require portal action — the vendor APIs don't support it yet. We document every limitation publicly and tell you upfront. No surprises mid-onboarding. No discovering gaps after you've signed.
